What you're buying
bedroomchat sells access to a digital service — AI voice-roleplay conversations. A paid plan is a recurring subscription that unlocks access for its billing period. It is a digital service delivered immediately, not a physical good.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings, or by emailing support@bedroomchat.xyz. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew — you keep access for the time you've already paid for. We do not bill again after you cancel.
Refunds
Because access is delivered immediately, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. We will, however, issue a refund in these cases:
- You were charged in error or double-charged.
- You were billed after cancelling, or after a failed cancellation on our side.
- The service was unavailable for a sustained period during your paid term.
- Where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
We review other requests case by case in good faith. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email support@bedroomchat.xyz from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds promptly.
Free browsing
Browsing scenes is free and requires no payment. You only pay if you choose a paid plan, so you can see what bedroomchat is before you subscribe.
Disputes
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first at support@bedroomchat.xyz — we can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute. See also our Terms of Service.
