1. Your age & content settings
bedroomchat is safe-for-work by default. Adult content is optional and stays off unless you turn it on in Settings; turning it on requires confirming you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You must be old enough under the law where you live to agree to these terms and use the service.
2. What bedroomchat is
bedroomchat provides fictional, AI-generated voice roleplay. Every character you talk to is an AI. Voices are synthesized. Scenes are fiction, authored by users or generated on request, and do not describe real people or events.
3. Your content
Scenes you create belong to you. By publishing a scene you grant bedroomchat a licence to host, display, and perform it for other users. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, content depicting minors in any sexual context (zero tolerance — accounts are terminated and reports filed), or content that harasses or impersonates real people.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to extract other users' data, no automated scraping, no circumventing safety systems, no use of the service to generate unlawful content.
5. Payment, subscriptions & renewals
Browsing is free. Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor; we don't store your full card details. Unless you cancel, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current price. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with notice for future billing periods. Stated prices may exclude taxes, which are added where required.
6. Refunds & cancellation
You can cancel any time from Settings or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period and then stops renewing. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@bedroomchat.xyz before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where we end a paid subscription for a violation, no refund is owed for the remaining period.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". AI output is generated and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected; it is fiction and entertainment, not advice, and not a substitute for professional help or human relationships. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bedroomchat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
